Prerequisites
Boot camp attendees MUST be:
- Intermediate/ Senior Level Developers
- Knowledgeable of Java programming languages
- Experienced working with EVS and/or LexEVS/LexBIG

Day 2 - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Overview of Local Environment
- Download and Setup LexEVS 5.0 for Local Environment
- Review Java API - specifically: Core Services, Service Extensions, Loaders, Convenience Methods, and LexEVS GUI
- Download and Setup LexEVS 5.0 for Distributed Environment
Day 3 - 8 am to 3:30 pm
- Overview of Grid Services
- Download and Setup LexEVS 5.0 for Grid Service Environment
- Use the grid service to query content
- Query Optimization
- Extensions
- Configuration Options
- Source Content Mapping
