Consent NCI CRF Standards: Round 4
The consent module started out with the six elements at the top of spreadsheet tab. The Rave Study Conduct workgroup then added the sections for ‘Withdrawal of Consent’, ‘Withdrawal of Specimen Consent’ and ‘Withdrawal of Quality of Life study Consent’ to the set. The full set of content will be added as separate modules in caDSR. These elements in the Withdrawal, Specimen and Quality of Life sections are new and have been added to caDSR.
