File Format is comma delimited with the following fields:

 

• NSC number - the NCI's internal ID number
• Concentration Unit - Either M for molar or u for µ g/ml
• log of the highest concentration tested
• panel name for the cell line
• cell line name
• panel number of the cell line 
• cell number of the cell line 
• -log of the result (GI₅₀, TGI, LC₅₀ depending on the file)
• number of tests for this NSC and cell line
• maximum number of tests for this NSC
• StdDev Standard Deviation of the Log₁₀ of the results averaged across all tests for this NSC and cell line
