Product Changes

- GF33294 - Upgrade the version of Struts to 2.3.16.3

Important Remaining Issues
- GF32402 - Query for CartObject using field displayText does not work
- GF32976 - Can not search Cart using creationDate criteria
- GF33295 - Issue with opening “getCartObjectCollection” link in Object Cart in IE browser
Important Usage Notes
- Users are expected to search for specific Carts and then retrieve the CartObjects for one Cart at a time using the "roleName=cartObjectCollection" association. Other uses are not supported and will likely not have acceptable performance levels.
- The ability to download an Object Cart is not available. Users who would like to download an Object Cart should contact CBIIT App Support, ncicbiit@mail.nih.gov, for assistance.
