Enhancement

Extensions should be allowed within a concept- Ex: Add new property

• Assumption: Add on extra properties to existing concepts. This is different than adding to coding scheme supplement. Assumes you will not be adding to a coding scheme.

Tasks to Complete

• Design & implement a concept extension API
• Re-design how Lucene searches
• Make new queries to resolve properties from the database
• Database changes
• Create a loader and possibly an exporter
