OBO Loader Update

Discussed a number of options.  Options are:

  • to truncate
  • create a tiny url via google api
  • create metadata or logging around the broken url

We will truncate and log.   Increase Increasing the column width to be done later. Will put off increase in column width while implementing truncation with logging

Scott to create new JIRA item and complete the fix.

6.1 QA and Deployment (Scott)

Evaluated by Kevin and Scott after Norval resolved issue on Dev. 

URI-resolver logging of password information to log files - issue fixed. (Tin to check QA logs to make sure URI_Resolver is using the correct data base)

CTS2 Tooling is a priority.  Widgets and value set browser.

Face to Face plans (Craig if available)In the next couple of months.  Still waiting on a response from one of the principles.
CTS2 reference implementation (Craig)

The VSMC browser requires updates to get to the NCI CTS2 Resolved value sets. 

Widgets are an easier update and are written in JavaScript

Editor provides the possibility of editing, viewing value sets.  Requires updates

Clients are designed to show the cross platform utility of the REST interface

Boot camp, hackathon or tutorial for LexEVS CTS2 possible.

Autocomplete for searches, vocabulary tree widget would be of interest.  Select a concept from a graph and display neighbors.
