Progress

Immediate Priorities and Problems (Mayo Team)

Scott: 

  • OWL2 work finishing up by next week. 
  • Should review progress by end of this week with Gilberto and Tracy.
  • 2 or 3 OWL2 issues left
  • Stack Out of Memory Error on CTS2 Production.
    • Increased thread count and haven't seen the error again.
    • Version returned by the service isn't correct.  Need to investigate further.  Need to create a JIRA issue for this (Tracy).

Cory:

    • Non-annotated OWL2
    • Continued API docs work.  Updated the HTTP status code to 404 and error message.  Waiting to hear back from security if the return status is correct.

Craig:

  • PTO

Close to wrapping up by next week.  May have some changes to make after reviewing with NCI team.

Tracy has latest OWL2 version loaded on NCI DEV.

Variety of Issues on 6.2 DEV

Certain searches were not working correctly for special characters (double dashes) in the contains search. 

  • We should revise the error message for the user.
  • This is working in a local environment at NCI.
  • Kim tested this.  It's not a issue from 6.1 to 6.2. (NCI thesaurus)
  • Was just tested on STAGE and PROD and works.
  • Scott will see if there are any changes from 6.1 to 6.2.

Search extension - Scott added ability to search on retired concepts.

Support Request LexEVS 

User installed LexEVS 5.14 and requested directions to load ICD9.

Scott gave directions and suggested that the user install LexEVS 6.x.

Possible Quality Academy Assessment around Deployment Efficiency (Scott)

Considering using the increased deployment of LexEVS as a Quality Academy project. 

With NCI's structure, we may not be ready to implement the increased deployment structure.
