Select region of interest

(ROI) and selects the ROI.

Operator selects Select the gear icon.

place Operator places a work order (select selects the algorithm that is supposed to be run on this area of interestROI).

Work order shows the coordinates for the region of interest.

Enters Operator enters an ID for the test (Test1) and notes fieldfields.

Operator submits the Submit work order.

Work Operator shows the work order showed in KUEthe Kue job queue. This keeps track of the status of the work order.

Highlighted The highlighted section of the window shows how the data is being transferred from caMicroscope to execution.

Green dots show the marked up features, which are the result of the algorithm that has been run on the area of interest.
