The following videos demonstrate the use of the CBIBOP platform for managing challenges.

MedICI and CBIBOP provide both a platform and tools for managing algorithmic challenges, both are based on CodaLab and are run on Microsoft's  cloud-computing platform, Azure

The goal of the MedICI project is to demonstrate the integration of two tools with CodaLab, ePad and caMicroscope.  caMicroscope is used to display and manipulate digital pathology

images and ePad is used for the semantic annotation of images.  With these two tools challenge organizers can create "ground-truth" data sets that can be used as standards against

which challenge results can be compared.  CBIBOP is focused on the use of CodaLab Worksheets to create competition workflow "bundles" that contain challenge data and

C-BIBOP project is focused on cloud-based challenges and workflows. C-BIBOP provides infrastructure to run challenges in which participants upload their algorithms as Docker containers.

It also supports reprducible science through worksheets that share pipelines for algorithms and processes.  An example of a pipeline might include algorithms for lung-field segmentation, lung-nodule segmentation feature extraction and classification.

The following videos demonstrate the use of the CBIBOP platform for managing challengesdetailed information on the steps used to run the challenge.  These bundles allow challenge files to be easily modified and re-deployed in other contexts with other data sets.
