If you have forgotten the password for your CTRP user account, you can reset it.

  1. On the Registration Login page, click Forgot Your Password. The Change your password page appears.
  2. Click Email a password reset link. The Email a password reset link page appears.
  3. Enter your CTRP username and the email address associated with that account.
  4. Click Send.
  5. When you receive the email message, click the link inside that message.
