  1. On the Registration Login page, click (TBD). The Change your password page appears.

  3. Enter your CTRP username and the email address associated with that account.
  4. Click Send. When you receive If the email address matches the username, the system sends an email message to that address.
  5. Click message, click the link inside that message. (TBD: What happens next.)
