  • Scott will determine if the error created is something that needs to be fixed right away.

    • owl:deprecated property usage to determine "active" or "inactive" concept

    • We are using preferences to determine active/inactive.
    Allow property values to turn on active .  If not present then default back to owl

  • The OWL deprecated value should be overridden by the value in the preference file.
