   Click Cancel. From Select a Report, select Organization Family Details. The Report Settings In the Name column, click Family Members. The Input Controls dialog box appears.

   You can return to the list of reports at any time

3. In the Cancer Center Centers field, select one or more Cancer Center organization families for which you want to run a report.

4. Specify In the Date Range fields, specify a range of time:

   • To establish the first date in a range of dates, in the Start Date first date field, enter the first date you want to include in the report, in the format YYYY- MM-DD-YYYY. Or click the calendar icon to select a date. 

   • To establish the last date in a range of dates, in the End Date next date field, enter the last date you want to include in the report.

The system loads the report. For information about the columns included in the report, refer to Data Elements Included in Family Members Report.

 To return to the Report Settings dialog box, click Settings. For additional instructions, refer to (link TBD).
