2. Click Cancel. From Select a Report, select Organization Family Details. The Report Settings dialog box appears.

3. In the Cancer Centers field, select one or more Cancer Center organization families for which you want to run a report.

4. In the Date Range fields, specify a range of time:

   To establish the first date in a range of dates, in the first date field, enter the first date you want to include in the report,

   . For each date field, you can type a date in the format MM-DD-YYYY

   . Or

   , or click the calendar icon to select a

   date. To establish the last date in a range of dates, in the next

   date

   field, enter the last date you want to include in the report

   .

5. Click OK. The system loads the report. For information about the columns included in the report, refer to Data Elements Included in Family Members Report.
