To access Investigation investigation data in the CSSI DCC portal, the prerequisites are as follows:

  • URL or web address. The URL might be from the Browse page, the Search page, an email message, or a browser bookmark. The URL for a specific version of an investigation remains the same over time. 
  • Permission to view the data. When a user uploads an investigation to the CSSI DCC portal, that user specifies who can access the investigation data. For details, refer to Controlling Access to Investigation Data. 

If you are unable to find the data for an investigation, consider the following points:

  • A typo might have been introduced in the URL.  
  • The investigation embargo date might still be in the future. 
  • The user who uploaded the data might not have published it yet, might have unpublished it, or might not have given you access to it. 
  • The investigation might have been deleted.
