- Log in as described in Logging In via the Web GUI. The Dashboard appears.
- Take Use one of the following actionsmethods to locate the collection of interest:
- If you know some attributes for the collection of interest, you can search for it. For instructions, refer to Searching for Content Data via the Web GUI.
- If your administrator has given you a path to the collection of interest, browse for content as described in Browsing for Content you can browse for it. For instructions, refer to Browsing for Data via the Web GUI.
- View the details of a collection as described in Viewing Content Data Details via the Web GUI. The Collection page appears.
- Click the bookmark icon (
). The Bookmark dialog box appears. 
- Specify a unique name for your bookmark.
- Click Create. (Question: Why does dialog box remain open after save?) The system adds your bookmark to the list of bookmarks in the Browse page. (more links TBD)
