- Log in as described in Logging In via the Web GUI. The Dashboard appears.
Include Page shared step - manage users shared step - manage users Click Create User. The Create User dialog box appears.
In each field, specify a value. The following table describes each field:
Field Description Specify the user's NIH login user ID. Specify the user's first name. Specify the user's last name. This field lists the DOC or DOCs with which you are affiliated. (TBD: I'm assuming a group admin could be affiliated with more than one. If only one is available, we could save the group administrator a step by pre-selecting it.) Select a DOC from the list. This field lists the path or paths associated with the selected DOC. Select a default base path for this user. This field lists the available roles. (TBD: The user guide in GitHub mentions 2 roles, but I see only 1.) Select a role for this user. - Click Create. The system creates the user account and displays a confirmation message.
