You can permanently delete a data file and associated metadata, if the following criteria are all true:
- Your user account has the Group Administrator role.
- You created that data file.
- That data file is less than 60 days old.
If your user account has the System Administrator role, you can permanently delete a file in that collection, any data file and associated metadata.
