If an investigation has many "nodes," that is, investigation, study, and assay files that comprise it, studies or assays, the visualization is horizontal and can be zoomed in and out.For For example, the following investigation has 29 study files with 10 assay files each, totaling 290 nodes. The zoom out and zoom in buttons are below the visualization, as indicated below.
