If your download is interrupted due to errors or any other reason, you can resume the download it using the CLI .To resume the download, do the followingin the following way.

1. At the command line, use the same command starting from the same directory that you originally used to start the CLI. If you You can use the -d option to define the download directoryinstead of starting from the same directory. In that case, provide the same directory after "d" that you used when you first invoked the app. 
   The NBIA Data Retriever reviews what has already been downloaded, then asks “Do you want to download all or download only missing series?"
2. Enter A to download all, M to download missing series, or E to exit the program.
