  1. Select the study you want to work with by following instructions in Searching for and Selecting Your Trials, and clicking the corresponding NCI Trial Identifier link. The Participating Site Subject Accrual Count page appears.

  2. In the Actions column of the site count recordyou want to delete, click Delete (the trash can icon).  
  3. A message will appear, Subject Accrual Count deleted, confirming deletion of Subject Accrual Count.

Warning
  1.  NOTE:If only one site has a history of reporting an accrual count on a study, the Delete icon will only delete the most recently reported count. The most recently reported count will display if a site on a study has a history of counts. 


Deleting all Subjects from a Study

  1. Click Delete All Trial Study Subjects
  2. Select a value from the Reason listbox dialog box
  3. Click OK

Deleting individual Subjects from a Study

  1. In the Actions column of the record you want to delete, click Delete (the trash can icon). A message appears, prompting you to confirm deletion of the accrual count(s).
  2. Click OK. The system deletes all of the accrual counts for the site(s) you selected.
