redirection of EVS legacy systems | Met last Friday, will aim to start redirect test on Nov 4 We have decided to handle the deployment by having PROD be unavailable during data deployment (~2h); and there is a small risk of not full testing (hostname, not url) ; ← desired approach process will be to test on stage with hostname (not url) while re-direction happens, and then when deployment happens on prod it will be down and unavailable. There is some limitations on testing stage with hostname only, some tests won't work; some risk involved. TODO write up the process in more clarity. | Scheduled Rebooting of Term Browser | Had a meeting with Chuck and Eric. Currently there is a monitor on the application - and there is a concern about conflict/team problem. They are requesting that we request a restart manually, and there needs to be proper teams communication. | |

| EVS transition to virtual machines | Status: waiting for new server to be up and running for us to test. No updates since last Friday (Sept 20). Systems are still working on it. Mark is requested to alert Liz, Lori when it is ready for reviewing. |
| Security | Status: Waiting on Systems to test new machine, so that we can switch PROD to Tomcat to Tomcat 9 (v8.5 has reached EOL); The deadline for turning off Tomcat 8.5 is Oct 24 24 |
