  1. Select the study you want to work with by following instructions in Searching for and Selecting Your Trials, and clicking the corresponding NCI Trial Identifier link. The Participating Site Subject Accrual Count page appears.

  2. In the Actions column of the site count recordyou want to delete, click Delete (the trash can icon).  
  3. A message will appear, Subject Accrual Count deleted, confirming deletion of Subject Accrual Count.

Warning

 NOTE:If only one site has a history of reporting an accrual count on a study, the Delete icon will only delete the most recently reported count. The most recently reported count will display if a site on a study has a history of counts.

  1. Click Delete All
  2. Select a value from the Reason dialog box
  3. Click Yes, Continue to Delete

Warning

NOTE: Be careful when deleting All Trial Study Subjects. Incorrectly deleted accrual data must be resubmitted by the center.

  2. Click Yes, Continue to Delete. The system will delete the study subject record that you selected.
