Better support for "Metathesaurus" data structures (e.g. accessing source hierarchies in NCI-META)

* Assumption: This would be an update to the metabrowser extension to be able to traverse the individual source hierarchies given the Metathesaurus structures.

* Create a few new qualifiers for the Metathesaurus load.

* Update the Metathesaurus extension.

* Verify behavior against all possible scenarios within Meta.

* Load MRHIER
