6.4.1 Deployment/Testing status

Discussion Points:

• 6.4.1 is on PROD but not live yet.
• Waiting NCI is waiting for security exception.

• Metathesaurus fix is checked in and we will be building all of the artifacts.
• Build The build scripts will point to NCI Nexus Server.
• Sarah will place artifacts on NCI Nexus server.

NCI Nexus Server Migration Update

Discussion Points:

• Need to work with Sarah to upload artifacts.
• We have a new service account that will be used to publish in the ant/maven scripts.

• LexEVS Software Release Identifiers#LexEVS6.4.2-Java8

• There are a couple of CTS2 Framework Java 8 issues that need to be fixed.
• All other fixes are mainly build/script updates.

Decision Points:

• NCI will need to create containers for Java 8.

MySQL database upgrade for LEXEVS

Discussion Points:

• NCI DBA team is in the process of migrating MySQL from 5.5.38 to 5.6.33
• We asked if it was possible to bypass 5.6 and move to MariaDB.

Decision Points:

• Mayo team to determine if 5.6 works with LexEVS.

F2F Planning

• PIV card process

Discussion Points:

•  Larry suggested that we start the process now so we can complete the process when we have the F2F.
• Craig mentioned that November 30th - December 2nd will work for the F2F meeting.

• Larry will start the PIV request process.
