Looking forward to Sprint 43, this is what we anticipate working on:

• Finalize Java 1.8 builds and test
• Three GUI issues
• Two CLI issues (These are more important than the GUI issues)
• Team prep for F2F meeting

Discussion Points:

• Oracle doesn't support 5.5 anymore. 
  
• We should start pursuing upgrading to 5.6.
• MariaDB will be supported in 2017.  We may consider going directly to this instead of MySQL 5.6.
• We should consider if MariaDB should be coupled with CentOS7.

• The issue might be on the resolved valueset and what is being returned.
• Scott is still investigating and attempting to recreate the issue at NCI.

• This seems to work fine with the OWL2 loader.

Decision Points:

• Tracy agrees that we can use the OWL2 loader as a solution to this problem.
• We will need to verify that the OWL2 loader will load all the correct objects as the previous OWL loader.
• Scott will update the JIRA issue with these updates.

• On DEV the load was correct.
• On DEV the API was failing to query properly.

• caDSR will need to verify this works for them.  (Tracy did let them know it is there to test)

• This is a loader change.
• This is installed on DATA-DEV.  Rob hasn't had a chance yet to test it.

• Logging for loaders is not adequate.
• NullPointerExceptions are bubbled up.
• The manifest load is currently exhibiting this issue.

NCI Nexus Server Migration Update

• CTRP has tested the 6.4 URLs successfully
• When will the 6.4 https URLs be set as the default URL?
  • We should first have the http url forwarded to the https URLs.

• Tracy will work with CTRP for verification of HTTPS URL/Jason will create a ticket to have the http URLs forwarded to https.

Discussion Points:

• Jacob will create a DEV We need to request that Jacob set up a VM for the Mayo dev team to deploy to and testpush out snapshot releases.
