  2. Choose the applicable option and enter the email address associated with your account.

  3. Click Reset Via Email. If the system finds an account with that email address, the system sends an email message to that address.
  4. You will receive a email from Okta with a link to change your password. Click the link inside that message. A page appears prompting for the new password.
  5. Enter your new password. The new password must meet the following requirements:
    • Must be 8 characters, minimum.
    • Must have at least one uppercase letter (A-Z), one lowercase letter (a-z), one digit (0-9), and one special character. Special characters include the following:
      ! @ # $ % ^ & *

    • Must not match any of the previous 6 passwords for this account.
  6. Once you have set your password, click on the drop-down arrow next to your name (located in the blue navigation bar at the top of the screen next to the person icon) then click on the 'Sign out' link
  7. Click on the button on the application's login page once again.

On 11/7/17, Adil Asheer wrote in a Slack direct message reply, "Regarding password policy information. We can document it but Auth0 handles this for us on the Change Password screen validation. So in other words if a user types in a password, it will explicitly tell you on the change/reset password page, which characters = a valid password"

You can export your reports to a comma-separated values (CSV) file or a Portable Document Format (PDF) file so that you can manipulate the data as needed.
