Systems

Discussion Points:

  • Dev DB disappeared.
  • Needed to be restored.

  • Systems team discussed VM servers
    • Current specs are for 2, 250GB SSDs
    • We suggested LexEVS should have approximately double the storage for our indexes.
    • Tracy recommended that we keep the Stage/Prod setup we currently have. 
      • The Systems team mentioned this is not possible now.
    • The systems team mentioned that the DEV VM system is built (has an OS) and ready to test.
      • We will also need the Tomcat containers set up.  Systems will do this.
      • Tracy will set up the LexEVS Loader when the above is complete.

Will not fix or configuration issues:

  • LEXEVS-4614 - NPO load configuration issue

  • LEXEVS-4570 TerminologyServiceObject failing.  This should be fixed by a code refresh

  • LEXEVS-4615 - Retired check. 

    • Preferences file prevents this from being set correctly on the entity.

Other issues:

  • LEXEVS-4607 Fails to load entities where entity code is numeric.

    • This appears to be an OWL API issue

  • LEXEVS-4622 - Mapping issue. 

    • May need to re-write this logic.

    • RestrictToCodedNodes() fails on larger mappings.

    • Scott suggested that it may take 2 weeks to re-write.

  • LEXEVS-4615 - Cory to send Tracy the preference file update to make the retired property work.
  • LEXEVS-4607 - Scott to send the & instances to Sherri and Tracy.
  • LEXEVS-4622 - Lyuba suggested it would be a good idea to start working on this issue since we don't have many other issues currently.
    • Scott will summarize the OBIB issue that we had and send it to Lyuba/Tracy.

    • This method does return the correct data, but it takes up to a minute.
    • This is not acceptable, and we are suggesting make changes to improve the performance.

    LexEVS QA Status

    • The LexEVS team is nearly complete with all of the JIRA issues for 6.5.3.
    • Once complete, we will build and label artifacts to be tested.
