SYNOPSIS: The Georgetown Database of Cancer (G-DOC) is designed to serve as a cutting-edge data integration platform and integrative knowledge discovery system for the oncology and translational research communities. By aggregating public and proprietary clinical and -omics data from across the Medical Center, G-DOC is expected to help bring about significant advances in personalized medicine for patients and to promote identification of new drug targets and therapeutic modalities.
