  1. Log in to the CSSI DCC Portal, as described in Logging In to the CSSI DCC Portal.
  2. Select Investigations > Upload. The Upload ISA Archives page appears.
  3. For the folder of interest, click Open . The list of investigation versions for that folder appears.If you have uploaded multiple versions of the file to the folder, decide which version of the investigation you want to edit .Click the View/Edit Metadata button next to that version. The metadata page for that investigation version appears.an investigation, as described in Editing Investigation Metadata. 
  4. You can add an ontology source, edit an existing ontology source, or both:
    • To add an ontology source, click New Ontology. Specify ontology information and click Add. (TBD: Which fields are required?) 
    • To edit an ontology source, click the edit icon in the row for that ontology. Modify the ontology information as needed. Click Update.

    In each case, you can specify name, description, file, and version. (TBD: Are any of these the same as the ontology properties in the Admin Dashboard?) 

  5. If the investigation has more than one ontology source, you can delete one by clicking the trash icon in that row. 

  6. the following information: 

    • Name
    • Description
    • File
    • Version
  7. Click SaveClick Submit. The system saves your changes.
