Generate If you are a model mapping expert, you can generate model characteristic mappings based on semantic matching:

1. Log in as described in Logging In.
2. Select Manage > Manage Data > Model Mapping Maintenance. The corresponding page appears. (Logged in users can add pages like this to their favorites. For instructions, refer to Managing Favorites.)  
3. Select a model mapping row. 
4. Select Model Mappings Command > Generate Semantic Mapping. The system generates semantic mapping.  
5. Go to Model Mapping Maintenance
6. Select model mapping instance
7. Select Generate Semantic Mapping DEC

At this point, you can create transformation rules, as described in Creating Reviewing and Updating Transformation Rules - DRAFT.
