Page History
- Open the edit metadata page for an investigation, as described in Editing Investigation Metadata.
- If you are adding or editing a study contact, in the Studies panel, select the study
- Log in to the CSSI DCC Portal, as described in Logging In to the CSSI DCC Portal.
- Select Investigations > Upload. The Upload ISA Archives page appears.
For the folder of interest, click Open. The list of investigation versions for that folder appears.
- If you have uploaded multiple versions of the file to the folder, decide which version of the investigation you want to edit. Click the View/Edit Metadata button next to that version. The metadata page for that investigation version appearsMetadata fields for that study appear.
- You can add a publication, edit an existing publication, or both:
- To add a publication, click New Publication. Specify publication information and click Add. (TBD: Which fields are required?)
- To edit a publication, click the edit icon in the row for that publication. Modify the publication information as needed. Click Update.
In each case, you can specify title, author list, status, DOI, status term accession number, and status term source REF. (TBD: Does REF = reference?) the following information:
- PubMed ID (If you specify a valid PubMed ID, the system automatically populates other fields for this publication.
- If the investigation has more than one publication, you can delete one by clicking the trash icon in that row.

- Status
- DOI
- Status Term Accession Number
- Status Term Source Reference
- Click SaveClick Submit. The system saves your changes.
