Types of Trials Included in the Biomarker Reports

The reports list all trials registered in the CTRP other than those with the following Processing Statuses:

  • Rejected
  • Submission Rejected

How to Run Biomarker Reports

Optionally, to limit your search to a given disease site, select the disease site from the Disease Site drop-down list.

Optionally, to limit your search to a given organization, select the organization from the Lead Organization drop-down list.

Note

If you leave all fields blank, the report lists all trials by biomarker.

Click OK.

Tip

If you click Apply rather than OK, click OK afterwards to close the Input Controls dialog box.

The list of trials that meet your criteria are displayed. The following details about each trial are displayed:

  • Biomarker Name
  • Biomarker Use
  • Biomarker Purpose    
  • NCI ID
  • NCT ID
  • Lead Org ID
  • Phase
  • Disease Site
  • Official Title 
  • Current Trial Overall Status
  • Processing Status
  • Intervention Name
  • Intervention Type
