From the HL7 web site, down load download the latest version of the RIM (Version 2.41 as of 6/15/2013).   The down load download will be a zip file containing other zip files.   Open the down loaded downloaded zip file and navigate to “d” zip file (i.e. that is, rim0241d.zip).   The file containing the HL7 MIF Vocabulary (i.e. that is, “DEFN=UV=VO=1189-20121121.coremif”) is contained in the “d” zip file.
