Enhancement

Better support for "Metathesaurus" data structures (e.g. accessing source hierarchies in NCI-META)

• Assumption: This would be an update to the metabrowser extension to be able to traverse the individual source hierarchies given the Metathesaurus structures.

Tasks to Complete

• Create a few new qualifiers for the Metathesaurus load.
• Update the Metathesaurus extension.
• Verify behavior against all possible scenarios within Meta.
• Load MRHIER
