Summary

VASARI is a collection of radiological images relating to the Rembrandt data collection augmented with characterized MR images.It VASARI currently consists of image data  from TJU being coordinated by Adam Flanders.

In addition to the raw image data he also generated some annotations about the data. Finally, there is also some work being done to load the collective data set into caIntegrator 2 including these annotations as well as connectivity to NBIA for the images.

4/14/09 - Tcon held last Friday.  NCI to setup CTP for Adam and notify him when ready.  Will then coordinate time with Adam to begin submission week of 4/20 - 4/24

caIntegrator Vasari Project

caIntegrator2 Team Members:

Thomas Jefferson University (TJU), as well as some annotations performed by 3 of TJU's radiologists while reviewing the images.

Note: At this time the image data is in the process of being added to NBIA.  Once the submission is complete we will provide an updated annotation spreadsheet with corresponding NBIA patient identifiers so they can be mapped properly to these annotations.  Thank you for your patience.
