The National Cancer Institute (NCI) Center for Biomedical Informatics and Information Technology (CBIIT) is planning to retire the NCI instance of the caArray database on or after February 9was retired on March 31st, 2015. All publicly-accessible caArray data and annotations will be archived and will remain available via FTP download. Upon retirement, the caArray URL will be redirected to a web page that will include links to these archives.

If you have submitted private data to the NCI instance of caArray, please contact NCI CBIIT Application Support by November 14, 2014 to explore how we can best continue to support your array data management needs.  We want to ensure there is no disruption to your work or the availability of your data.

 and is also available at GEOWhile NCI will not be able to provide technical support for the caArray software after the retirement, the source code is available on GitHub, and we encourage continued community development.

If you have any further questions, please Please note that in preparation for the retirement, we ask community members not to submit any new caArray data starting September 30, 2014. Data submitted after this date will not be moved to the FTP site. You can contact the NCI CBIIT Application Support if you have any questions or concerns team.
