MeDRA Loader

Need an evaluation/initial planning to determine next steps.

TODO: create JIRA items for the MeDRA evaluation and load.

RRF loader and the native loader are different.

TODO: look through old JIRA items for MeDRA issues and see what additional changes may be needed.

Lucene 5.2.1 Implementation Demos/Review

We will soon have some code available for NCI to review/test.  This will give NCI a chance to see how searching/sorting is being done with the new Lucene implementation. 

We may look at installing on NCI DEV instance.  We could push changes as new features are completed.

Rob mentioned we could use DATA DEV server.

Wait until value set drop down issue is resolved.

We will need to tag this accordingly.
