NCI Nexus Server Migration Update

Discussion Points:

  • Sarah migrated the Mayo Nexus artifacts to the NCI Nexus server.
  • Cory has done some preliminary testing and has not run into any major issues.
  • Cory will continue to work on getting the builds working - the current ones and future builds.

LexEVS 6.4.1 Documentation

Discussion Points:

  • The Mayo team met with Tracy and Rob to discuss the 6.4.1 and 6.4 documentation changes.
  • Cory has updated the wiki based on the suggestions.
  • The team is currently reviewing.

Decision Points:

  • Larry suggested that we update the Release Roadmap:
    • Add a future release (6.4.2) with an anticipated release date.
    • Indicate that 6.2 and 6.1 are deprecated.
    • 5.x is retired and unavailable.
Contract renewal/planning

  • The current contract ends at the end of September, 2016.
