Introduction to the CSSI DCC Portal
The CSSI DCC is a public repository for templates that describe a scientific investigation, its study or studies, and each study's assay(s). Templates in this repository are all archive files in the standard Investigation-Study-Assay tab-delimited format (ISA-TAB) format; this format allows you to curate, manage, and reuse your own datasets and those that others create. For more information on the ISA-TAB format, refer to the ISA-TAB specification

Before you upload an ISA-TAB archive file containing information about your investigation to this repository, you must configure it using open-source software made for this purpose, rather than manually creating it in Excel, for example. Refer to Configuring an ISA-TAB Template User's Guide (DRAFT) for procedures. You must register for an account and log in to upload data.
You can also download templates ISA-TAB archive files, metadata, and files associated with an experiment from this repository. You do not need to be logged in to download data.
