Valueset resolution issue on STAGE

Discussion Points:

  • This issue can be fixed in the data, but a code fix is preferred.
  • This issue is also observed in 6.3 PROD.
  • The NCI dev team has a script that can detect if a valueset is empty.
  • Mayo team will investigate how empty value sets behave and what happens when a null version is encountered
  • 6.4.1 is on PROD but not live yet.
  • NCI is waiting for security exception.

Build and Deployment

Discussion Points:

  • Metathesaurus fix is checked in and we will be building all of the artifacts.
  • The build scripts will point to NCI Nexus Server.
    • Sarah will place artifacts on NCI Nexus server.
    • will continue to be tested and move up the tiers.
    • Larry suggested that value set patch could be included with the Java 1.8 release (LexEVS 6.4.2).
      • There is a workaround for the value set patch.

    • Need to work Mayo team will meet with Sarah to upload artifacts.We have a new service account that will be used to publish in the ant/maven scripts.and the SCM team to discus long term

    LexEVS CTS2 URLs for 6.3 and 6.4.2 - Java 1.8 Planning

    Discussion Points:

    • Are users pointing to non HTTPs URL?

    Decision Points:

    • CTRP is using the CTS2 6.3. 
      • We should have them validate 6.4.1 HTTPs URL and perform some search testing on PROD.
      • If they don't find any issues, we should be able to make 6.4.1 HTTPs URL the default.
      • Larry will contact CTRP

    Discussion Points:

    • There are a couple of CTS2 Framework Java 8 issues that need to be fixed.
    • All other fixes are mainly build/script updates.

    MySQL database upgrade for LEXEVS

    • NCI DBA team is in the process of migrating MySQL from 5.5.38 to 5.6.33.
