6.4.1.3 Snapshot build update

  • Rob will test the value set loader fix that was placed released in this snapshot.
    • LEXEVS-2579 Value Set Loader: Define and Implement empty value set load as having top node as only node
    • Larry suggested changing the error message.  One suggestion was:
      • "This iterator has expired and is no longer valid." 
        • Let the user know this is a configuration parameter that can be updated.
    • The Mayo dev team will update this message appropriately.

URI Resolver URLs Update

Discussion Points:

  • There was an issue found in testing on DEV where the CTS2 service is throwing errors while connecting to URI resolver over https.
  • A fix will need to be put in for this. 
  • We agreed that this fix should be put into the next sprint.

NCI Nexus Server Migration Update

NCI Docker Hub

Discussion Points:

  • When pulling artifacts from the main Docker hub, versions change.  This often breaks our overall scripts.
     
  • We would like to have a controlled environment.  This could be on the NCI Nexus server. 

Decision Points:

  • Cory will create a ticket and start a discussion with Sarah Elkins and the SCM team about the ability to have NCI persist docker containers on the NCI Nexus server.

Value Set Architecture Update

  • We had a meeting with Rob on Monday to better understand his VS Resolution workflow.
    • Discussed report writer artifacts.
  • We will have a meeting with Kim to understand his VS resolution ideas.

  • Craig to set up a meeting with Kim (include Rob and Tracy).

  • We need to determine if we have to continue to support the legacy caCORE or if we can assist him Bob in transitioning to the CTS2 REST service.
  • We need to follow up with Bob and let him know that the caCORE API calls that he uses are legacy and that they will be going away. 
    • We need to come up with a transition plan with him.
