Discussion Points:

• DEV Blade - Update to 6.5.0 RC 1
  • lexevs-remote is up and running and tested by the browser.
    
  • lexevs-service (CTS2) deployment is having issues.  Cory is working with Jacob to resolve this issue.
• QA blade server - work is pending the success of the DEV blade server.
  
• Docker - Mayo and Systems team met on Monday.  Systems team will assist in putting Docker containers of specific versions on the NCI Nexus server for Mayo to use with the lexevs-system-test Docker scripts.
  
  • This will include MySQL 5.6.x, Java 1.8, CentOS7, and Tomcat 8.0.x
  • The NCI Nexus server is only available on the NCI VPN.

DEV Blade - Update to 6.5.0 RC 13 CTS2 Testing update Moving up the tiersCTS2 (Java 1.8)	Discussion Points: Cory made changes to lexevs-service to support deploying to DEV.   We are waiting for the Systems team to deploy CTS2 1.6.0.RC.3 and verify it worksDiscussed above. Decision Points:
Docker - Next Steps Discussion Update from recent meeting	Discussion Points: The Mayo team now has access to the Nexus server to push and git software versions. Mayo team will now push specific versions of tomcat, MySQL, and Java out here. This will allow their Docker scripts to pull specific versionsDiscussed above. Decision Points:
lexgrid.org Migration	Discussion Points: Scott will coordinate with the NCI team when we plan to change the DNS settings for lexgrid.org. Decision Points: a time to make the switch over to with the DNS. A Friday might work well to allow for the DNS information to propagate over the weekend. Decision Points:
CTS2 REST Calls Max to return default	Discussion Points: Naive users are getting results back and don't always realize they are getting the first 50 entries (default) and think the results are not valid. It was suggested that we increase the default limit of 50.  Possibly 500 or 1000. Decision Points: The team decided to increase the max to return. We will evaluate performance.  (500 or 10000) This change should be put into version 6.5.0 release.
Request for additional versions of NCIt loaded in LexEVS	Discussion Points: This would be using the last 20-25 versions of the NCIt coding scheme. It's unclear if the users want to actually browse the older versions or just download the older versions (this is already available). Decision Points:
LexEVS 2958 - OWL2 Loader - Configure recognition of qualifiers	Discussion Points: Jira server NCI Tracker columns key,summary,type,created,updated,due,assignee,reporter,priority,status,resolution serverId 7954a81f-12da-3366-a0ef-97c806660e7c key LEXEVS-2958 There is a manual workaround for this that Rob will have to do every data load. This would be a change to the XSDs (model).  It is possible to do. Decision Points: If this is just a loader change, we will put the fix in after the 6.5.0 release.

Gilberto suggested this be put into the preferences file. Decision Points: Rob will generate a JIRA issue for this. Scott will work on this on Monday .
