What did we do well?

  • Managed additional tasks and inquiries well.  However this did impact our Sprint workload.
  • OWL2 loader fix was completed quickly to be included in 6.5.

  • OWL2 fix did impact our Sprint - should have addressed the Sprint task sooner. 
  • VS architecture and requirements should have had better definition and clarity.  Team should have more rigorously investigated and capture the requirements.
