Page History

Users provide a comment each time they check in a trial in PA. These comments are saved with the trial record and are displayed on the Check-Out History page along with other check-in/check-out details.
The records display the following details:

• Type - Administrative, Scientific, or both
• Check-Out Time - Date and time the trial record was checked out
• Check-Out User - Name of the user who checked out the trial
• Checked-In Time - Date and time the trial record was checked out
• Check-In User - Name of the user who checked in the trial
• Check-In Comment - Notes about the record or reason why the record was checked in

How to View Check-Out History Records

1. Search for the trial of interest. (See Searching for Trials.)
2. Click the Trial Identifier link.
3. On the main menu, click Check-Out History.
   The Check-Out History page displays the check-in and check-out details, with comments for each time the trial was checked in.
