  • We contacted MedDra and they fixed the issue the next day.
  • Security tokens still needed?
    • Kim said this was still needed.

Discussion Points:

  • Value Set API comparison
  • Discussed compiled value sets vs resolving dynamically. In some situations, the compiled value sets were fasterLexEVS updates have been implemented based on feedback from NCI.  These will be reviewed on Friday.

Decision Points:

Terminology Mapping

Discussion Points:

  • ICD-O-3 to NCIt (also includes the meta CUI)
    • Mapping from NCIt to a source that is not loaded in LexEVS (point to a remote URI that is not resolvable)
Decision Points:
  • Find this existing JIRA issue (Swiss Prot) and move it to the top of the backlog.?
  • Scott suggested a generic model to apply to these mappings, if possible.
  • Larry suggested the mappings could be in the triple store.  This could be a consistent API for LexEVS to pull from.
  • Our LexEVS 1:many model is currently quite simplistic and doesn't support this use case.

Decision Points:

  • We need to determine what mappings LexEVS will need to represent.
  • For the current sprint, we will work on mapping Swiss Prot.
