4Participating Site Status

Any trial in which a member of the specified Cancer Center organization family is a participating site with an open status (as described for trial statuses) during the reporting period and relative to the trial status. The system considers the following criteria:

  • An organization is a member of the specified organization family on any date in the reporting period (on or after the reporting period start date and on or before the reporting period end date).
  • This organization is a participating site on a trial.
  • This trial had an open status at this site on any date in the reporting period.

If all of these criteria are true, then the system includes this trial in the report. For examples, refer to Examples of Trials Included Based on Participating Site Status.

1Trial Processing StatusAll trials with any processing status other than Rejected or Submission Terminated. For information on these statuses, refer to Trial Processing Statuses.
0Trial Type

All types. For Industrial trials without a trial status, the system assumes that the trial is ongoing.

2Cancer Center Family

All trials in which a member of the specified Cancer Center organization family (listed in CTRP as effective within the reporting period) is a participating site.
