This page explains how to log an issue and assumes that you are not an administrator. 

  1. On the Competition page, log in to access the Report Issue tab

You can track issues you have with the challenge management system. 

Users with and without administrative privileges create and track issues differently. Administrators must log in to receive administrative privileges.

Tracking Issues as a User

When a non-administrative user is not logged in, the Report Issue tab is not displayed.

When user clicks on “Report Issue” tab, the following screen appears. User enters details for below form and click on submit, email triggers to organizers and issue details appears on “Issue status” tab.

Tracking Issues as an Administrator

Once you log in, you can see the Report Issue and Issue Status options.

Click Issue Status to see a list of all issues, their details, and their status.

An issue's status can be one of the following status types:

    The Report Issue tab does not appear until you log in.

  2. Click Report Issue. The Report Issue page appears.

  3. Enter a title and content for your issue and click Submit.
    The competition organizers receive your issue and the details you entered appear on the Issue status tab.
