Discussion Points:

  • Tracy is still working on loading 6.5.2 RC 6 on the NCI Dev system.
    • MRMAP load - load failed and the table prefix wasn't cleaned up.  The next load then failed.  Tracy had to manually fix the tables.
OpenJDK Discussion
  • has the mapping load on dev.  It looks good for her.
  • Kim will now test on dev. 
  • Once Kim gives the OK, we will rebuild with a FINAL tag and hand over to QA

    • We need to know the requirements and the users.  Build a minimal tool, put it out, accept feedback, expand from there.  Understand when the tool is due.

  • After discussion, we decided that it can be closed as Tracy suggested that all of the history is loaded even with the errors in the log.
HL7 FHIR Terminology Service

  • The question was asked whether or not LexEVS was "Dockerized".  This has not been done yet.

  • Lyuba asked the LexEVS team to review the history of OBIB and if LexEVS supports it.
  • We will bring it up at next week's meeting.
  • The LexEVS team will load the latest OBIB with the above fix and see if there are any issues.
