You can permanently delete a data file and associated metadata, if the following criteria are all true: 

  • Your user account has the Group Administrator role. 
  • You created that data file. 
  • That data file is less than 60 days old. 

If your user account has the System Administrator role, you can permanently delete a any data file in that collection, and associated metadata.
